Background

Crys is the Territory Manager for Umoja Hunger Solution’s Northeast US region, bringing a wealth of experience from the food and beverage industry. Before joining Umoja, she worked with PepsiCo as a Walmart account manager, where she built strong relationships with stakeholders from store managers to divisional vice presidents. Her background also includes significant roles at the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama and the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, where she leveraged her expertise to expand retail store donation programs. As a former food banker focused on food and fund development, she understands the complex, multifaceted needs of food banks.

Crys holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Sales from the University of Alabama. Based in Buffalo, NY, she enjoys giving back to the community through her role on the board of the Junior League of Buffalo. In her free time, Crys can be found fly-fishing for trout and steelhead, cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide and New York Yankees, or hosting tailgates at Buffalo Bills home games.
